Courses

Purchasing our software for the preparation and execution of Turnarounds & Shutdowns is an important step towards optimising the work flow for these complex projects.

Learning to correctly use our software is an important step within the implementation process.

We can train your personell on site and/or coach your team using our E-learning program. Courses are available in Dutch, English, German and French. Your team can attend all these courses using the internet. Each course is concluded with an examination for the concerning application within the Roser Suite. Attendant receive a certificate after successfully completing the exam.

Implementation and support

In cooperation with our client we will set up a plan at the start of the implementation phase, where the important actions are listed.
Among other things, the following issues will be discussed;

The Roser Suite interfaces with

During the implementation phase and the first months of use, our support team will be on site, no matter where your plant is located.

RoserConSys has their own professional IT development team and for questions and advice you can always call our Customer Service Line.
For support services, clients agree on an SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Our on site support team consist of people, experienced with both the preparation and execution of Shutdowns as well as our software. In this way your team will quickly be acquainted with our software.
